Common questions

Do credits expire?
No. Once you buy them, they're yours forever. No recurring charges, no annual reset.
Can I mix scan tiers?
Yes. Each scan spends 1 credit (Standard), 2 (Medium), or 4 (Deep), so a 25-credit pack is up to 25 Standard, 12 Medium, or 6 Deep scans — mixed however you like.
Is there a free tier?
Yes — signing up is free and includes 50 scan credits to start (enough for up to 50 Standard scans, or a mix of Medium and Deep), plus the agent at no cost. Continuous monitoring is a separate subscription.
Can I cancel my Monitor subscription?
Anytime. No questions asked, no exit fees. Your data is yours.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Mobile money (MTN Momo, Telecel Cash) coming soon.
